The ‘Spin-It’ range of vehicle turntables are designed to sit in the ground in order to provide a non-obtrusive, flush fit to the surrounding area. The required compacted surface prior to installation is only 125mm below ground level, regardless of whether it is a manual or motorised installation.

Our modular design means there is no requirement to disturb the initial installation should a customer wish to upgrade from a manual to a motorised version at a later date.

Our turntables are constructed from plated and coated steel with the running gear comprising of either twenty or forty wheels (depending on table size) running on one or two steel tracks, pivoting around a 40mm steel shaft on which there are two large taper roller bearings

The visible top surface of the table is capped with non-slip aluminium chequer plate, which can be colour coated if required. Other top surface options are also available.

The weight carrying capacities of the ‘Spin-It’ range are more than adequate for the size of vehicle rotated.

Motorised models are powered by a 240 volt industrial IP56 rated motor that drives a friction wheel around the outer circumference of the table, maximising both torque and speed control.

When designing the ‘Spin-It’ range, we went to great lengths to come up with a quality, well thought out product, that would incorporate such features as, low maintenance running gear, automatic motor housing drainage, soft start – soft stop operation, a palm operated safety kill switch and much more, to ensure that our customers could enjoy a safe and reliable piece of equipment that would bring huge practical benefits, as well as being a sound investment.
